Chef Oliver BEAN was Adopted from Paws4You Rescue, and is now the Executive Chef of the Doggie Bag Cafe!
Chef Laly Albalate is an Educator of many years, a restuarant owner in the 80's & 90"s and in the 2000's she went to the Dogs! She created the Doggie Bag Cafe & Pet Boutique, complete with Doggie Parties for Your Fur-Baby's "Special Day"...so all You have to do is invite the Fur-Guests!

Our reasons for starting the doggie bag cafe
CHLOE & ZOEY
The Doggie Bag Cafe was created to provide nutritional food that wouldn't cause allergic reactions to our dogs. The founders were inspired to start the cafe after discovering that their English Bulldogs had over 30 known allergens. They consulted with veterinarians to ensure that the food was safe and healthy. Chloe and Zoey, the founders' adopted Bulldogs, enjoyed an allergy-free life for over 18 years thanks to the Doggie Bag Cafe.
